Approved Wheels is a managed outbound appointment setting service for participating franchise dealerships. We provide campaign planning, manual human outreach, appointment handoff, reporting, and documented controls. We do not provide general inbound customer service or act as the dealership's sales department.
We work only with dealership supplied records that fit the approved campaign and screening requirements. The exact audience depends on the data source, customer relationship, applicable rules, suppression status, and statement of work.
No. Agents initiate calls manually and work one record at a time. We do not use predictive dialing, prerecorded voice messages, or ringless voicemail for these campaigns.
No. Our agents stay within the approved appointment setting scope. They do not quote payments, negotiate price, value a trade, take a credit application, promise an approval, reserve inventory, or accept a deposit.
A confirmed appointment means the customer agreed to a specific date and time for communication with or a visit to the dealership and the appointment meets the written campaign definition. It does not guarantee that the customer will appear, buy, lease, or obtain funding.
We agree on the handoff process before launch. Depending on the dealership workflow, the appointment can be delivered through the approved dealership contact, CRM process, secure portal, or another agreed method.
Reporting can include records worked, dispositions, conversations, appointments, customer requests, opt outs, and campaign observations. The final reporting package is defined in the service agreement.
Yes, subject to capacity and a separate approved scope for each participating rooftop or dealer group workflow. Data access, suppression, reporting, and campaign ownership must remain clear.
Launch timing depends on contracting, data readiness, campaign sign-off, suppression setup, and available capacity. After reviewing the dealership's needs, we provide a realistic launch plan instead of promising an arbitrary date.
No. Approved Wheels can support a dealership that already has an internal BDC by taking responsibility for defined outbound segments the internal team is not consistently working.
Yes. In most cases, one focused campaign is the best way to test the workflow, appointment handoff, reporting, and fit before expanding.
No. Customer response depends on the list, timing, offer, market, contact information, and dealership follow through. We commit to the agreed process and service scope. We do not guarantee customer behavior or transaction results.
