1. Policy
Approved Wheels respects requests not to receive calls. If you ask us not to call a number, we will record the request and apply it through the appropriate suppression process. You can make a request during a call or contact us using the information below.
2. How to opt out
You may ask any agent to stop calling during a call, or you may contact us with the phone number you want suppressed.
- Phone: (470) 944-9352
- Email: hello@approvedwheels.com
3. National DNC compliance
We scrub numbers against the National Do Not Call Registry at least every 31 days. A scrub older than 31 days cannot be used to surface a record to an agent.
4. Internal do-not-call list
Approved Wheels maintains an internal suppression list that applies across all clients. A number on this list is not called for any dealership.
5. Consumer clarification
Approved Wheels provides appointment setting services for participating dealerships. We do not sell vehicles, offer financing, make credit decisions, or determine dealership transaction terms.
