1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information Approved Wheels and AKB Holdings Group LLC collect, why we collect it, how it is used, when it may be shared, how it is protected, and the choices available to individuals and dealership partners.
2. Data we process
- Dealer-supplied consumer data: phone numbers, names, relationship dates, and the dealership's own notes, provided under a dealer attestation and processed only for appointment-setting.
- Website visitors: name, dealership, role, email, and phone submitted through the calendar-booking form.
- Authentication data: email addresses and one-time passcodes for dealer and team access.
3. How we use data
Consumer data is used only to screen calling eligibility, document consent, set appointments, and maintain compliance records. It is not sold, rented, or used for any purpose outside the appointment-setting service.
4. Data deletion and retention
Compliance records are retained for five years. Consumer data is returned or deleted on contract termination in accordance with the dealer agreement. Offshore personnel do not have download, export, or uncontrolled access to consumer data or call recordings.
5. Security controls
- Mandatory multi-factor authentication for all internal and dealer-facing accounts.
- Role-based access with minimum-necessary field visibility.
- Encrypted data in transit and at rest.
- Session logging and immutable audit trails.
